Schedule: 3x 8hr days/week (Tues/Wed/Fri or Tues/Thurs/Fri) 9am-5:00pm, including .5 hour paid lunch

Position OverviewFarm Lande is hiring one or two farm crew members to support native perennial, vegetable, and animal production during our short and busy growing season. This is a hands-on role for people who enjoy physical work, being outdoors, and seeing the direct results of their effort at the end of the day.
Farm work is physical, outdoors, and often repetitive. Over time, strong systems and teamwork make the days smoother and more efficient. You will work closely with other crew members and leadership, as well as independently. This is a small operation, and the work of each team member is essential to the success of the farm.
We are looking for reliable crew members who show up ready to work, can communicate effectively, problem-solve, and take pride in contributing to a bigger vision. Crew are encouraged to share ideas/bring their expertise to each task. For those interested, there is opportunity to return for multiple seasons and grow into increased responsibility over time.
Key Responsibilities
-Assist with seeding, transplanting, planting, weeding, and harvest of vegetable crops.
- Assist with laying tarps, soil amendments, mulching, and other bed prep tasks
-Harvest crops efficiently while maintaining quality standards
-Support post-harvest tasks such as washing, bunching, and storage
-Assist in animal care such as moving sheep fences
-Keep tools, works places, and systems clean and organized
-Follow established systems while staying flexible as priorities shift
-If interested, this can include selling at the farmers market when needed

Qualifications
-Previous farm or outdoor labor experience is helpful but not required
-Strong work ethic and ability to stay focused during repetitive tasks
-Willingness to work efficiently and support shared farm goals
-Ability to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors in varied weather conditions
-Excellent communicator (up front with schedule, responsive texter)
Compensation and Benefits
-Wage $15-$17/hour, based on experience.
